9. Incorrect or Defective Products

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

We also do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

TIGHTS products include intimate garments such as tights, tops, bras and briefs.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered or otherwise used are not eligible for return.
